Swimming at Sand Hollow

Friday meant Forced Family Fun. No friends, just the kids and me. We went to Sand Hollow Aquatic Center for some time swimming together. We spent more at the snack bar getting nachos, pizza sticks, pretzels and candy than we paid to get in to swim! At least everyone left happy.

Happy Thanksgiving!

It was just us this Thanksgiving.  The older 3 kids went with Brian to the Turkey Bowl at church in the morning. Then we went to the movies in the afternoon.  I took the younger kids to see Tangled and Brian took the older boys to see Harry Potter 7.  Then home for Thanksgiving dinner.  A 20 lb. turkey plus 10 lbs of mashed potatoes means we had lots of leftovers.

Life with Kylie

 We made Magic Princess Wands today.  Pretzels dipped in candy coating and covered in sprinkles.  Yum!

Kylie made a pillow fort with clothes pins to hold it together.

I realized it's been over 2 weeks since I have posted.  So much for once a week blogging!  Life is good but busy.  Brad & Bryce are playing Basketball.  Kim is in Dance.  Brett is as always teaching himself Math. Brian has had a great month in real estate.  I'm busy being the mom.

Happy Birthday Kylie

Yesterday was Kylie's 5th birthday. She had a party with 9 of her friends. It was a great day!
