Find It Friday

I know there is carpet downstairs and carpet in the office. The carpet downstairs is buried under blankets, legos and dry Ramen that someone ate and then left downstairs to be smashed and scattered. The carpet in the office seems to be lost under a summers worth of paperwork, school supplies and various odd & ends. It's quite obvious which areas of my house I neglected this summer.
I have a little time all to myself so I'm listening to Xenocide while trying to get the office back in shape. When I accomplish that I'll head downstairs to unearth the carpet down there. Hopefully by the time Brian's sister Heidi gets here tonight the house will all be clean. I better get back to work or that will be wishful thinking.

Find It Friday

If I'm not mistaken there is carpet in the girls' room. Unfortunately right now you can't really see it. A massive "tent" was made down there last night. So a pile of blankets and a lot of toys have hidden the carpet. Not to mention there is a missing library CD in that room somewhere. So I'm headed downstairs to attempt to locate the carpet & the CD Nim's Island while I am at it.

ETA: Yahoo! I found the missing CD so I can now return our over due book on CD and quit paying .10 cents a day! But boy is the girls room still a mess! It's hard to believe my dad stayed in the room 2 weeks ago. It sure got bad fast! Guess we have our work cut out for us tomorrow.
